Developer Velan Studios has announced that Knockout City will be free starting Season 6 this spring .
Velan Studios will now replace EA Originals, which is the publisher of the game.
Velan Studios said of the publisher change: “ Thanks to EA Originals for helping us bring players what we wanted to show in Knockout City . We have a lot of work to do to make the game available for free, and our team is working very hard on it.”
The developer team, which also gave information about the seasons, additionally reported: “5. The season will have slightly less content than our previous seasons. There will be no new Brawl Pass for Season 5. This season will have fewer packs and cosmetics than previous seasons. Also, there will be no new maps or balls.”
The game is currently available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC.
