Xiaomi 11T Pro Will Come With 120W Fast Charge Support

The claim that the Xiaomi 11T Pro supports 120W fast charging or (as Xiaomi says) HyperCharge technology has landed on the internet. The company has officially confirmed this feature with the teaser shared on Twitter before its event on September 15. This is close to doubling the charging rate of the original Mi 11, which offers up to 67W of charge. The battery capacity is expected to remain the same in the 11T Pro model, meaning the battery will have a capacity of 5,000 mAh. There is no official statement on wireless charging for the Pro model (it was 67W on the original model) .
Note that the tweet specifically mentions the Xiaomi 11T Pro, so the base model Xiaomi 11T will likely lack this support. The original Xiaomi 11 has support for 55W over a cable and 50W wirelessly.
Xiaomi has already used 120W fast charging (HyperCharge) technology in the Mi 10 Ultra and later on the Mix 4 (and two Black Shark 4 models). According to unconfirmed information, the Xiaomi 11T Pro will be powered by the same Snapdragon 888 chipset as the original 11 Pro. But the standard base model 11T is expected to switch to a MediaTek Dimensity chip.
