South Korea-based technology giant Samsung stunned the tech industry by announcing that it won’t release a Note series this year, but the good thing is, it’s the only smartphone model the company has removed from its device portfolio. Like last year, Samsung is working on releasing a more affordable version of the Galaxy S21 called the Galaxy S21 FE , which has been rumored for a while . In fact, according to sources from popular news outlet Mauri QHD, the company is gearing up to launch the upcoming Galaxy S21 FE on September 8.
Last year, the Galaxy S20 FE model was launched in October, and according to the estimates, the S21 FE model will be introduced a month earlier, while pre-orders will be launched a few days later, and will go on sale towards October.
What are the Galaxy S21 FE Possible Technical Specs?
Previously, rumors that hit the internet showed that the smartphone will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 chipset and 6GB and/or 8GB RAM, 128GB and 256GB storage variants. We have heard that it will also support 4G LTE connectivity, 5G, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC technologies. It also has expectations that it has a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen and a selfie camera with a 32 MP sensor on the front. Reportedly, it will have an in-display fingerprint reader and will be certified IP68 waterproof. Its dimensions will be 155.7×74.5×7.9mm.
It is also said that the smartphone will offer a 45,000 mAh battery in terms of battery, and will support two variant chargers, EP-TA800(25W) and EP-TA845 (45W). The situation is that there will be no adapter in the box. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is expected to be available in Black, White, Purple and Green color options.
