Redmi 10 Prime Officially Introduced

China-based technology manufacturer Redmi launched its new smartphone called Redmi 10 Prime in India earlier today . Although there are some differences between them, it has almost the same technical features as the Redmi 10 model currently on sale in the global market, of course, the most important difference is that it contains a 6000 mAh battery in terms of battery.

Redmi 10 Prime has a 6.5-inch LCD panel in FHD + resolution with a 90 Hz refresh rate on the screen side. The camera cluster on the back includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 50MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, and two 2MP lenses for macro shots and depth sensing. It goes on sale with MediaTek Helio G88 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM variants and 64GB/128GB storage.

In terms of battery, the smartphone comes with a battery with a capacity of 6,000 mAh, on the charging side, an 18W USB-C charging adapter comes out of the box. Also, Redmi 10 Prime comes with reverse charging support, where you can use it as a powerbank and charge your other devices/accessories (via cable) at 9W speeds. The device comes with Android 11 operating system with MIUI 12.5 version on the software side.

The Redmi 10 Prime comes in Phantom Black, Astral White and Bifrost Blue color options. The variant with 4GB RAM / 64GB storage will be priced at Rupees 12,499, while the variant with 6GB RAM / 128GB storage will be priced at Rupees 14,499. Initial sales will begin on September 7th through Xiaomi’s official website, Amazon India and partnered retailers across India.
