After a few leaks in the past months, internet giant Google has officially launched its Pixel 5a 5G smartphone today. The Google Pixel 5a 5G is priced at $449 and comes with an IP67 waterproof certification, higher capacity battery and larger 6.34-inch OLED bezel-less display. The camera system is the same build we saw on the Pixel 5.
The 5G-capable Pixel 5a features a high-performance dual camera cluster with rear-facing ultra-wide-angle lens that captures a huge field of view. Google Pixel 5a 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G 5G processor and comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, with Titan M security module for in-device security.
The Pixel 5a 5G is already up for pre-order in the United States and Japan. On August 26, the shipment of the devices will begin. The devices are currently only available in the United States and Japan market.
