China-based smartphone maker Tecno has always thought that another affordable smartphone could exist. That’s why the company launched the Tecno Pop 5X smartphone in Mexico, which runs the Android 10 Go operating system powered by a quad-core processor and is powered by a 4000mAh battery.
The 6.5-inch HD display with a waterdrop notch is accompanied by a 5MP selfie camera. The company has not yet revealed which chipset the smartphone uses. The smartphone has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, but you can expand this storage space thanks to the microSD card support.
The Tecno Pop 5X has an 8MP main camera on the back and two QVGA shooters, which we assume are of limited utility. Next to the camera island is a physical fingerprint scanner.
The price tag of the smartphone, which has two different color options, is 2000 MXN, or 115 USD. Tecno Pop 5X is currently on sale in many technology stores in Latin America, it is not yet known whether it will go on sale in our country or in global markets.
