Hong Kong-based technology giant OnePlus is making some changes in the naming scheme of its mid-range Nord series. It is alleged that the company plans to change the name of the OnePlus Nord 2 to OnePlus Nord 2T . According to popular Indian writer Yogesh Brar, the new “T” branded phone will be introduced in India during April-May.
Brar also leaked some important information about the smartphone. The smartphone will have a price tag of INR 30,000 to INR 40,000 ($399 – $533)
OnePlus Nord 2T alleged specs
It is stated that the smartphone will come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset. It will come with a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels with a 90Hz refresh rate. OnePlus Nord 2T will come with Android 12 operating system out of the box and will run OxygenOS 12 on the interface side.
On the back, there will be a triple camera cluster: a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP resolution monochrome camera. There will be a 32MP selfie camera for selfies and video calls.
OnePlus Nord 2T will be powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging support, which is the same charging technology used by OnePlus 10 Pro.
