Samsung Galaxy A33 will be added to the smartphone portfolio of 2022 together with the Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A23, recently introduced by Samsung, one of the South Korean-based technology giants, and some information was leaked to the internet before the launch of the smartphone.
According to the information obtained, the Galaxy A23 will be powered by the company’s Exynos 1280 chipset . This chipset with 5nm drivers includes two Cortex-A78 cores at 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz, a total of eight cores.
The smartphone is claimed to come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage with microSD card support , but it may vary according to different market places. In addition to these, we can see another variant with the Exynos 1200 chipset and 6GB of RAM.
It is not known how the Exynos 1280 chipset performs, but a report that appeared last year stated that it offered worse performance when compared to the Exynos 1080. Although it is a ridiculous situation, we will learn the performance it offers when the smartphone is introduced and put into tests.
Apart from these, the Samsung Galaxy A33 will come with 5G connection technology . It will have IP67 certification and will provide protection against water and dust. The Galaxy A52 model, introduced last year, also had IP67 certification and was one of the company’s cheapest models.
The smartphone, which will run the Android 12 operating system with the OneUI 4.1 user interface, will have the same camera cluster as the A32 5G on the camera side. Compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy A33 will come with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a fingerprint reader and will offer a 90Hz refresh rate.
It will be powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging, and a 15W charging adapter will likely come out of the box. The smartphone, which weighs 186 grams and measures 159.7 x 74 x 8.1 mm, will not have a 3.5mm jack input.
It is stated that the model with 8GB RAM / 128GB storage in the European market will have a price tag of 369 Euros and will be available in four different color options: Black, White, Blue and Peach.
