Honor X9 5G Introduced

Shenzhen-based smartphone manufacturer Honor has added a new model to the X smartphone family. Officially introduced today, Honor X9 5G comes with a 6.81-inch IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of up to 240Hz and a resolution of 2388×1980 pixels.

Based on Qualcomm’s 6nm drivers and powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset with a 5G modem, the smartphone has 6GB and 8GB of RAM and comes in three different configurations:

The Honor X9 5G has a round camera cluster on the back with a 48MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP resolution macro and depth-sensing camera. On the front, it offers a 16MP selfie camera placed in the dot notch located in the upper middle of the screen.

It comes with a 4800mAh battery with SuperCharge, the company’s 66W wired fast charging technology, and offers a side bezel-mounted capacitive fingerprint reader. On the software side, it runs Android 11 with Magic UI 4.2 user interface.

The Honor X9 5G is available in Malaysia in three different color options, Titanium Silver, Ocean Blue and Midnight Black, with a price tag of 238 Euros. It is not yet known whether the smartphone will come to our country.
