According to the reports of Wedbush Securities analyst Dan Ives, the iPhone 14 Pro models , one of the next generation smartphone models of Apple, one of the software and technology giants based in the United States , may come with a price increase of $ 100 compared to the previous iPhone 13 Pro models .
Ives’ report writes that the base iPhone models (non-Pro) will have the same price tag, but the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max models will receive a $100 price increase given the price increases in hardware and additional functionality in this new model.
There are two different claims: Only iPhone 14 Pro models will increase by $ 100 or all models will increase by 15 percent.
In Ming-Chi Kuo’s report last week, it was stated that there would be a price increase in iPhone 14 Pro models without specifying any figures. But in his report, Kuo said that all iPhone 14 models will receive a 15 percent price hike.
Currently, the iPhone 13 Pro model starts at $999 in the US, while the iPhone 13 Pro Max starts at $1,099. If a $100 price increase proves to be true, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will start at $1,099 and $1,199, respectively. Ives stated that the price increase will be partly due to increased component prices and new features/functionality.
