BMW i7 Details Revealed: Launch Date Set!

Germany-based automaker BMW has officially shared the first details about its new generation electric i7 car on its United States website . The car is listed as “coming soon” on the company’s website, and according to the shared information, the car uses the xDrive60.
According to the company’s statements, the i7 xDrive60 will have the same 324 miles (approximately 520km) range as the BMW iX xDrive50. Vehicles in the US generally have 516hp and 564 lb-ft (approximately 760nm) of torque, but BMW is expected to give the i7 a little more than the iX.
The i7 landing page on BMW’s US website features a video sharing details about the electric car’s hardware and smart features. The car will have BMW’s iconic big kidney grilles and these will have lighting as mentioned in recent statements.
The car will also have double crystal headlights made of crystal glass, according to the company’s statement. Inside the car, there is an Interaction Bar embedded in the dashboard. A touch screen made of glass that can control the climate and illuminate the cabin.
On the back will be the self-extracting 31-inch 8K connected display that BMW showed off at CES. It will feature 5G connectivity technology and be able to connect to the i7’s Bowers & Wilkins infotainment.
BMW will be introducing the next-generation electric i7 model in April. Although there is no official date on the company front yet, according to the information obtained by BMWBlog, it will be introduced on April 20.
