Microsoft, one of the United States software and technology giants, has officially announced the general availability of Microsoft Viva Goals , a tool for tracking goals and progress, supporting the Goals and Key Results (OKR) goal setting framework. Microsoft states that companies will help their teams align business performance with the organization’s most important business goals.

With built-in templates within the application, you can create OKR compatible Projects and Tasks, set up custom boards and dynamically update OKRs and add links to boards.
It will work in conjunction with Microsoft Teams
Coming as part of Microsoft’s Viva portfolio of services, Goals offers Teams integration and provides one-stop accessibility. Viva Goals is available as a web application and can be used via a web browser, without prerequisites such as Microsoft products or subscriptions.
To use Microsoft Viva Goals service, Microsoft 365 F1, F3, E3, A3, E5, A5; You must have an Office 365 F3, E1, A1, E3, A3, E5, A5, 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium or SharePoint K, Plan 1 or Plan 2 subscription.
